Abstract. The actual business activities are stipulated to work with dynamic and global business, adapting their business model to actual supporting technology: the Internet. The discussion about the applicability of traditional business models, granted by several years of experience, to the new technical sustainable patterns, conditioned by web generalization, by  ITC rules socialization and information ubiquity, is commun in nowadays. This work focus the analysis, specification and conception of a global Tourism Ativities integration model, getting dynamic and transparent integration between any geographical distributed tourism agent (agencies, tourists, suppliers, etc.), virtually (or not)  interrelated by data, information or processes. The project intends to contribute to the development of a global initiative, the Open Tourism Initiative, as a system integration technical proposal, supported by a service reconfiguration brokering mechanism.
