Como as pessoas gerem o conflito nas organizações: Estratégias individuais negociais

RESUMO

Neste artigo pretende-se abordar o tema da gestão de conflito, especialmente no que se refere ao contexto empresarial. Assim, define-se o que é o conflito, quais as fontes de conflito, alguns factores condicionantes do conflito, as melhores estratégias para lidar com o conflito nas empresas (o que dá mais rendimento) e algumas conclusões sobre o tema. Relaciona-se ainda as concepções de conflito e as estratégias de gestão do mesmo com várias culturas organizacionais.

Palavras-chave: Conflito, estilos de conflito, estilos interpessoais.

 

ABSTRACT

The topic of the management of conflict, specifically in a business context, is discussed in this article. A definition of conflict is presented, as well as the different styles of leading with conflict. The sources of conflict, the best strategies for dealing with conflict and conclusions on the topic are also presented. The concept of conflict and management strategies in an organizational cultural context is also discussed.

Key words: Conflict, conflict styles, interpersonal styles.
