Origens, fundamentos e áreas de intervenção

RESUMO

Este artigo procura fornecer, em língua portuguesa, os contributos dos principais teóricos da Psicologia Comunitária sobre as suas origens, fundamentos e áreas de intervenção.

Ao mencionar-se os textos de Kelly, Levine, Rappaport e Zimmerman, procurou-se assegurar que os fundadores e continuadores da Psicologia Comunitária estivessem devidamente representados neste trabalho. Com a analogia ecológica de Kelly, as teorias da crise e adaptação de Caplan e Levine, o empowerment-participação de Rappaport e Zimmerman, pensamos ter construído um artigo actualizado sobre o estado da arte da Psicologia Comunitária.

Palavras-chave: Comunidade, Participação, Intervenção.

 

ABSTRACT

With this article we intend to provide in the portuguese language some of the main contributions of the Community Psychologists about it’s origins, foundations and fields of intervention. We have mentioned the work’s of Kelly, Levine, Rappaport and Zimmerman in order to ensure that the founding-fathers and their followers would be represented in this article. With Kelly’s ecological analogy, the theories of crisis and adaptation of Caplan and Levine, Rappaport’s and Zimmerman’s empowerment-participation, we consider that an actual article about Community Psychology is presented to our readers.
