Abstract

This article traces the evolution of the article 35^th of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic on the “Use of Information Technology”. It specially addresses the right to informational self-determination and the right to Internet. The article also mentions some issues deserving constitutional reference: the data protection authority, personal sensitive data and the single national number.
