Resumen

BRAS, Afonso. The Minimum Core of Social Rights in the International Legal Order. e-Pública [online]. 2016, vol.3, n.2, pp.194-208. ISSN 2183-184X.

Social Rights are increasingly important in international law. However, the approach that is made at the international level is substantially different from that done internally by the States. Consequently, this poses several problems in terms of its execution and safeguard, which in itself raises several questions: how can social rights be hired and guaranteed in international law? What are the relevant legal instruments and their solutions? And what is the understanding of the international and domestic courts?

Palabras clave : social rights; international law; minimum core; reasonableness.
