This article aims to analyze some aspects of the painting of the young Brazilian artist Thiana Sehn. In recent years, the artist has developed an intense research on the landscape genre and the experience of painting directly in front of the subject in the field. For that, the concept of experience used by phenomenology and the studies of Javier Maderuelo on the notion of landscape will be fundamental.
