The proposed article aims to reflect on the photographic series In the Album II of the young Brazilian visual artist Jéssica Mangaba (1988). The series consists of 14 images that build / reconstruct, through vestiges, memories lived and not lived by her father, creating memory constructed and expanded in the present. Theoretical concepts such as Photography Expression (Rouillé, 2009), Expanded Photography (Fernandes, 2002, 2006), Crystal Image (Fatorelli, 2003), Memory (Bergson, 2010) will be approached.
