We analyze Daniel Silvo's project Cómo doblar tu dinero, 2008-10 with regardto the term surplus value or the increase in the value ofagood for extrinsic causes. From this analysis it follows adouble fiction; an economic one - related to the monetary value of this artist's workwithin the art market - and anemotional one- based on the interpersonal relationships established by the means of the exchanges of the artwork.
