Living natures is the title of an exhibition made by Carmelo Ortiz de Elgea in 2015 that places us facing an active proposition of making landscape. It is about an affective approach to land's essence, to tensions and impulses generated by the internal forces of nature. Painter deals with the term of landscape using the idea of substance and trying to overcome the idea of sublime that covers it with the magnificence of nature, promoting the closeness of the emphatic domain of synesthesia.
