In the analysis of the work of art called Ituporanga, by Caio Reisewitz (Brasil, 1967), I took into consideration the experience felt through the contact with the work, the recurrent photographical approach to the Brazilian landscape in the production developed by the artist, and his discourse about the processes of creation, in order to understand how the art installation promotes the displacement from the contemplative place, to a social place.
