One's intent is to study the thematic of the body at Miguel Branco's work. The body as subject isn't usually used to talk about this painter's work. Exactly for that reason, and also because we believe that the body actually inhabits Miguel Branco's work, we've decided to write this paper. Until now we've identified four distinctive manifestations of the presence of a so called 'body's idea' in this painter's work.
