This article is part of a clinical vignette to contextualize the communicational and behavioral status of an elderly patient. The study is an experience report, based on the reconstruction of the personal history of the patient. The reframing ofhistory of the patient enablesa new reading of the behavioral symptoms of the elderly consisting of hostile and aggressive demeanour. A collection of his personal history from the family gives meaning to the patient’s way of acting and develop a communication facilitator of the relationship with the patient, building new track and a new psychological understandings feedback on caregiver-patient professional relationship.
