Resumen

FERREIRA, Dôuglas Aparecido  y  OLIVEIRA, Ivone de Lourdes. Communicational contingencies caused by the rules of participation of "community" Love Mondays. OBS* [online]. 2020, vol.14, n.1, pp.79-97. ISSN 1646-5954.  https://doi.org/10.15847/obsOBS14120201502.

In the perspective of cognitive capitalism, the information becomes the central of society and the work becomes categorized as material or immaterial. In this context of appreciation of the intellectual dimension and the autonomy of the worker, Love Mondays was created, a website that allows access to content revealing confidential informations about the organizations, in the pretext of being important for making career decisions. This article aims to investigate the rules of participation on Love Mondays and to understand how they are contingent on the interactive relations that occur in it. The theoretical course focuses on the discussions on cognitive capitalism, immaterial work and collaboration networks. Already the methodological trajectory is composed of the observation of the functionalities on site and its justification in explanatory texts and sayings of its founders. The analysis demonstrates that Love Mondays replicates the current oppressive economic logic, which privileges organizations 'communication spaces and reduces workers' participation to anonymity and information consumption.
