Shwannoma, a typically benign tumor predominant in the cranial pairs, is very rarely found in the inguinal region and poorly described among gynecological tumors. We report the case of a female patient with inguinal mass and the difficulties of the diagnosis of tumors in this region, showing the complexity and importance of the appropriate propaedeutic.
