The orthopedic surgeon in his clinical practice is constantly encountered in the identification, description, interpretation and evaluation of temporary and permanent damage in victims of work accidents and occupational diseases. The realization of a brief physical examination, a history drafting inattentive and careless with an expert report may even put in question the value of forensic expertise. This article aims to sensitize the orthopedist for to recommendations of the INML in reporting under the labor law.
