During last the 10 years the officials government of the Public Administration have worked under a scheme of remunerations that includes monetary incentives to the good yield by means of a scheme of payment by performance. One of the great advances of this process is the make of to have incorporated to the organizational culture of the officials government concepts such as economic incentives or monetary, yield, premiums and other that are understood are own of the world of the businesses.
