In this essay we shall discuss Justice as a public conflict-solving system promoted by the state, as well as the reforms necessary for its effectiveness in a globalized world. While the logic of privatization appears to be consensually disconnected from the field of Justice, the paradigmatic changes seem to be more intricate both in their genesis and implementation. The meagre results of the various reform packages of the last years should alert us to the complexity of Justice.
