This article seeks to analyze the negotiation process around the american withdrawal from  iraq,to understand the american decision between the postintervention chaos and the surge of 2007,as well as evaluates Obama’s foreign policy towards iraq and the Middle east,finally,it tries to explore some of the consequences to regional balance,uS influence and iraqi stability.
