To understand the present crisis we have to analyse the deep causes of it: the beginning of a more complex world economy and the accumulation of tensions, as well as, the causes that made happened the 2007 “earthquake”. Finally, we will seek to analyse the monetary politic tools used to fighting the crisis, concluding that the answer of the economical politics has been insufficient.
