As has been noted by scholars of higher education in Peru and Latin America, there are structural difficulties in the access of vulnerable groups (poor, ethnic minorities, marginalized urban groups, etc..) To quality higher education. It is also seen problems students stay on those relationships prevailing discrimination in institutional settings. The project entitled “Programme Interuniversity framework for equity and social cohesion of the higher education institutions in Latin America” (RIAIPE3, 2011-2013), which is part of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina in Peru (UNALM), is an effort agency that among other purposes was: “create and implement a framework to promote policies and practices in higher education institutions in Latin America that promote equity in vulnerable populations and consider haw focus of attention: exclusion, access , stay in the higher education of vulnerable populations (rural, indigenous, marginalized urban groups, etc..) “. It is within the framework of this project that we undertook the present study. This report presents the first findings of the issues referred to social inclusion in a public university: The Universidad Nacional Agraria-La Molina of Peru. The scenery is the beginnings of the second decade of 21 Century. The report takes in account secondary information source which was generated via a survey oriented to pre-grade students from two specifics groups in the second semester 2011: in go to university students and students who are finishing their career.
