The sample comprised 50 fourth grade students aged between 20 and 28 years. Data collection was done using a specific questionnaire to evaluate individual entrepreneur potential applied twice throughout their graduate studies. To data analyses was used descriptive statistics as frequency, mean and standard deviation. Results showed 78% as ´transitory potential´. These results were lower than showed by these students in the first grade (85% were in the transitory potential classification). Comparative analyses of these results indicate needs of improvement in management area to start working in the business world.
