The advance of a globalization version manifestly marked by the exclusive prevalence of the market laws and the relating economic interests, the ethics and moral crisis, as well as the Bologna Process implementation places to the university institutions severe challenges. Among them the renewal of the mission of University and its relations with society emerges. The formation of the boards, namely of masters and PhD, must reflect the concerns caused by the normative conjuncture that we are living. It is in this conformity that some abilities, requirements and obligations are pointed that must mark out such formation.
