This study aims to obtain an overview of the scientific production about resilience and pregnancy in adolescence. An integrated bibliographic survey of articles published in scientific journals using the descriptors in the English language "pregnancy" and "adolescent" and "psychological resilience" and in the Portuguese language "gravidez" and "adolescente" and "resiliência psicológica". The data bases researched were SciELO, Scopus, BVS Regional Portal, PsycInfo and Web of Science, with articles indexed between the years of 2012 to 2017. The information collected was organized into scientometric and methodological categories. We identified 82 articles of which 44 were excluded per repetition and 30 because they did not specifically adolescent pregnancy or resilience because they were review articles or did not present the full text of free access. The remaining 8 articles were selected, all of them are international. Of these, 37.5% address factors that may influence young women to become pregnant, 100% identify intrinsic and extrinsica spects that are related to resilience, and 50% evaluate resilience levels in adolescent pregnant women. It has been identified that adverse experiences can be related to early motherhood and interfere in the adaptation. There is a higher prevalence of low socioeconomic stratum, older age, dropout after pregnancy and financial dependence of parents or partners before and after the discovery of gestation. The need for Brazilian studies that evaluating resilience in pregnant adolescents.
