Resumen

ALMEIDA, João Serra de; PIRES, António Pazo  y  OLIVIERA, Miguel. The supervision relationship in psychotherapists. Psic., Saúde & Doenças [online]. 2018, vol.19, n.1, pp.71-79. ISSN 1645-0086.  https://doi.org/10.15309/18psd190111.

The supervision has come to be studied with increased intensity throughout the last twenty years, however, the relation in supervision between supervisor and supervisee, namely its dimensions, have been little studied in psychotherapists. It is intended to study the relational dimensions Opening, Challenge, Structure, Safe Base, Reflexive Education and Support of the relation. An online questionnaire was answered by 229 Portuguese and Brazilian citizens with formation in psychotherapy. The descriptive analysis of some of the data (regarding the relational dimensions) has been done, confirmatory internal validity, with referring convergent validity to the dimensions of the scales. With the confirmatory internal validity it has been discover that there is no big differences between the original model and the present model, with the exception of the exclusion of the item 4 from S-SRQ scale. In other side, it has been found that the two scales converge by the application of them in the context of different aspects of the relation of the supervisor and the supervisee.

Palabras clave : Psychotherapy; supervision; relationship.
