Abstract

MACHADO, Lúcio de Souza; MACEDO, Kátia Barbosa  and  MACHADO, Michele Rílany Rodrigues. Overview of international research in psychodynamics of work in Brazil. Psic., Saúde & Doenças [online]. 2017, vol.18, n.1, pp.69-84. ISSN 1645-0086.  https://doi.org/10.15309/17psd180106.

In this paper the international research were investigated, in English and French languages, available in CAPES/MEC Periodicals Portal who used the Dejours's psychodynamic of work approach work. A bibliometric study was performed to mapp the production, this is a technique widely used for determining characteristics of a specific study area. The findings showed that the number of articles during the study period, 2000a 2014, is greatly reduced; 50 papers in total. The period of concentration of the studies was 2006 to 2014, with 80% of total production. Regarding the journals, it was noticeable that most had only one published article, and that Sociologia du Travail journal was the most published, seven articles in total. Analysis of the quality of the articles has shown that the international production PDT is not classified in journals with good academic scores, whereas 78% of articles were published in journals that are not ranking by the Qualis. Internationally, it predominate articles with only one author. The authors are mostly female, the most prolific are Marie Alderson, Christophe Dejours and Pascale Molinier. Identified only two most representative scientific cooperation networks and a varied number of small networks with two or three members only.
