WEBER, César Augusto Trinta  y  JURUENA, Mário Francisco. Inclusion of patients of a mental health day hospital: a review. Psic., Saúde & Doenças [online]. 2014, vol.15, n.3, pp.790-799. ISSN 1645-0086.  https://doi.org/10.15309/14psd150318.

To review studies on day-hospital mental health in Brazil to meet therapeutic strategies for social inclusion of its members, support measures and the degree of family satisfaction with mental health service. A review carried out in electronic databases (Lilacs and SciELO) in national articles published between January 2001 and December 2012. Were selected 21 publications as the main subject was mentioned in each article: social adjustment, social support, rehabilitation center, community mental health centers, deinstitutionalization, family, day hospital, social inclusion, mentally ill people, psychiatry, reform health services, mental health, community mental health services, mental health services, mental disorder. The Brazilian studies on the functioning of day hospitals in mental health, based on articles published in this century, appear insufficient taking into account the importance of partial hospitalization in day hospitals for the design of deinstitutionalization in Course objective and scope of social reintegration of its members. The research correlating therapeutic approaches for patients and day hospital management strategies with family and / or community, or investigation that occupied in studying the social inclusion of users of day hospital - from the perspective of the family and / or guardian - are even lower in the national scientific scenario.

Palabras clave : social support; family; day hospital; community psychiatry.
