Traumatic experiences can cause psychological distress and victim’s personality characteristics can affect his/her skills, regarding coping with the stress generated from the traumatic experience of workplace robbery. This study investigates aspects of personality related to the interpersonal relationship, affect, self-esteem and ways to cope with stress in bank robbery victims at the site in which they conduct their work activities. For this purpose, the instruments used were Personal Data Sheet, MINI Plus and Rorschach-Comprehensive System. This is a descriptive transversal study with 21 bank workers.
