Abstract

This article is the result of an investigation that was conducted during a competitive game, where the objective was to create a company in 24 hours, non-stop. It was intended to determine the changes that occurred in the self perception of fatigue, tension and attention of participants, along the game, as well as their relationship with the satisfaction achieved in the accomplishment of the task. For that 6 measurements of the participants self perceptions there were made with an instrument built for the effect. The results have shown the existence of an increase of self perceptions of fatigue and strain and a decrease in self perception of attention. The results have also evidenced, on the one hand, a negative correlation between fatigue and tension and the accomplishment of the task, and on the other hand, a positive correlation between the attention and the satisfaction on the task.
