With the intention of evaluating the social representation of alcohol and drugs consume in adolescents in school: a literature revision and a bibliographic research on existing scales approaching the subject on this specific population. We elaborated a measuring instrument with 103 items, which was applied to 376 adolescents, being also collect data about age, gender, school year, level’s of alcohol and drugs consume and first experience of substances consume. This present study describes the construction, validation and study of psychometric proprieties of the "Scale of Social Representation of Alcohol and Drugs Consume". The results of factorial analysis and the information regarding the validity and internal consistence to the scale are presented. At last, it is discussed the pertinence of the study and the utility and application area of the instrument on the subject of substance consume on the adolescents group.
