The present study was aimed to examine the relations between attachment styles and the quality of work relations. Most of the participants - five hundred and ninety­‑eight adults - show a secure attachment style and a secure work orientation. A positive association was found between these two variables. Participants with a secure attachment style and work orientation show higher levels of satisfaction and adaptation related to their work
