It is made reference to the empiric study, accomplished near 12 preschool teachers and in witch qualitative methods were privileged (observation and interview). It was fallen back upon methods of qualitative research with the program NUD*IST 4.0 - non-numerical unstructured date indexing searching theorizing, version 4.0 (copyright Qualitative Solutions & Research, 1991-1997). The obtained results suggests that there are regularities in the preschool teachers' behaviour and some patterns of behaviour in relations to the interaction with the children can be privileged.
