In a context of widespread «systemic risk», agile agents capable of acting effectively in the global market are required. We must anticipate, prevent or overcome, as possible, the adverse events of varying magnitude that are associated with different types of risk, in what concerns people’s safety, environmental degradation, public health or individual income. Here we find the need for some kind of regulation of multiple dimensions.
