NETO, Maria Cândida; PINHO, José Carlos and MACEDO, Isabel. Determinants and implications of physicians satisfaction towards generic drugs. Economia Global e Gestão [online]. 2010, vol.15, n.2, pp.51-72. ISSN 0873-7444.
The present study builds on and extends literature in the determinants and implications of the satisfaction of medical doctors towards generic drugs. The growing interest in measuring satisfaction assumes an even more important role when it is positively reflected on consumer loyalty, positive word-of-mouth and repurchases intention. The goal of this study is to analyze a conceptual model that covers a number of constructs, namely: expectations, trust, reputation, savings and quality as determinants factors of medical doctors satisfaction towards generic drugs. Additionally, building on previous research, it examines the impact of satisfaction on loyalty in a specific setting.
