PARENTE, Cristina. Concepts of change and organizational learning: contributions to an analysis of knowledge production. Sociologia, Problemas e Práticas [online]. 2006, n.50, pp.89-108. ISSN 0873-6529.

This article aims to discuss the linkages between the concepts of change and learning when applied to organizational contexts. It seeks to demonstrate that the theoretical perspectives of organizational change can enrich Sociology when complemented by Psychology’s theoretical approaches to organizational learning. The argument is based on the relevance of this suggested theoretical linkage to knowledge production processes within organisations.
