Abstract

ANTUNES, Ricardo. The new morphology of labour and the different forms of productive restructuring in Brazil in the 1990s. Sociologia [online]. 2014, vol.27, pp.11-25. ISSN 0872-3419.

This paper presents some elements that characterize the recent restructuring of production in Brazil, with emphasis on its impact on the process of casualisation and design of the new morphology of labour. We present a phenomenology of informality in Brazil and later the main trends of productive restructuring in relation to the world of labour with the automotive, telecommunications and telemarketing, banking, textile and dress-making, footwear, artist sector and informal workers, seeking to understand your drawing multiform regarding the world of labour.
