Abstract

The authors present a case of severe most probably immune-mediated thrombocytopenia in a young female that had been medicated with griseofulvin for cutaneous lesions, whose diagnosis was stage II Sarcoidosis. They also discuss the etiopathogenic relationship between both conditions, as well as the therapeutic implications.
