Abstract

Obesity, tooth decay, alterations in vision and sleep in children have become a public health problem of considerable importance. In this regard, a study based on a questionnaire and observations of 72 children, monitored in primary care, was conducted with the aim of defining the prevalence of obesity, altered vision, tooth decay, changes in sleep patterns and daily life habits. The results highlight the importance of preventive measures that promote health education and healthy lifestyles among health professionals, children and their parents.
