The current study explores the effects of feminine leadership practices on organizational commitment in the workplace. The study is correlational, since it analyses the relationship between leadership, measured with the LBDQ, and organizational commitment, measured with the OCQ. The questionnaires were distributed to 52 workers (47 women and 5 men) of a school in Lisbon. No significant differences were found in the organizational commitment of the participants that responded more favourably to the female leader and those that responded more favourably to the male leader.
