The psychological evaluation might play an important role in the comprehension of the childhood working mental. By using psychometrics pre-defined and standardized instruments, it is possible achieve a better understanding of the cognitive potential and self organization, allowing the analyse of the behave, attitudes and reactions in the psychological evaluation setting. Through the presentation of one clinical case about four years old boy, the authors pretend to show the contribution of the psychological evaluation for a better definition of the childhood psychopathology, in a multidisciplinary team.
