This paper stems from a comprehensive dynamic approach of maternal attitudes towards a child with an autistic spectrum disorder. In the case presented, the mother received psychosocial support and joined a therapeutic group, in the context of a diadic therapy program in UPI. Family approach was complemented with a - social network approach - through which parents participate as partners in the therapeutic process.
