Mental health promotion in pregnancy has direct positive benefits for the mental health of the baby-to-be. Post-partum depression is a concern of mental health professionals. This paper presents an intervention program with groups of pregnant women in which the facilitation work of sharing worries and anxieties is a vehicle for early detection of mother-infant perturbations.
