The focus of this text is the question of ethics from a Rehabilitation and Social Insertion point of view. It is necessary to build an ethics of sovereignty, a humanistic ethics. Our thesis is the Aristotelic theses: the problem of ethics is the problem of happiness. It is strange to talk about happiness in a society ruled by capital; a society were capital is absolute. It is necessary to reverse politics that build capital in absolute; only with this effort of reversal it will be possible to take a «new glance» at life's objective: happiness.
