The author starts with an introduction of the C. R. P. A/R, followed by the presentation of objectives and models of Professional Orientation, which are proposed and developed by that Rehabilitation Centre. The Dynamic Balance as a process of Orientation for Inclusion is described, giving emphasis to the specific goals, the orienting principles, the methodology and the different stages of application of this instrument of work. Ongoing results of the experimental application of the Dynamic Balance are presented, as well as some conclusions on the relevancy and advantages of this instrument in the processes of profissional and social inclusion of disabled people.
