This magazine has for object cognitive, social, ergonomic and organizational working aspects, and for purpose the presentation of original research works on Organizational Behaviour and on other areas related to management and work, in general.||
Proposals Presentations: Send three typewritten copies and one

Articles Preparation: Present the original and three typewritten copies with double spacing and 2,5 cm on both edges and with one page per sheet. The articles must be concise, in Portuguese, Spanish, French or English. Page 1 must have the title of the article, the author(s)’ filiations, an abbreviate form of the title (less than 50 characters, including letters and spaces), the author’s name and address where the mail shall be addressed to. Page 2 must have a little summary (less than 250 words) in the original language and it’s translation to English. The articles shall not exceed the 25 pages (tables, images, graphics and boards not included).
Style: APA (Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association – 5th ed., 2001) recommendations are followed, especially in the reference list and in the text quotations.
Illustrations: Tables, images, graphics and boards must be mentioned in the text, must have a title or subtitle, be completely understandable and must be presented separately from the text. The authors must give good quality originals of all the pictures to be reproduced. The original pictures must be legible after a maximum of 10 cm height and length size reduction.
